I love you guys so much. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayer.
Things have been looking up quite a bit. My friend told me how I need to learn to fall in love with God. I am having trouble understanding what she meant, but I will say, I finally talked to God fr the first time in months a few days ago. It was hard, because sometimes I feel like He is ignoring me. But the same friend as before told me that even when He is silent He is still there. Im trying to comprehend this concept.
@Airi: I hadnt realized you were going thro this too. :( Im sorry. Also, many of those songs that have helped me. Theyre some of my favorite songs. :) You can PM me too if you need it girl!!

It's an interesting concept. ("Falling in love" is probably not the best description since love is a choice, not mERELy a feeling) It's sorta like a long-distance relationship... but not. God is always present. God speaks to us in various ways, through our experiences, through other people, and particularly through our conscience - that small, calm inclination within us telling us to do the right thing. Don't worry, God is with you. I'm praying that you begin to sense His presence and love and indeed begin to love Him. :thumb:

This is actually something I am struggling with: Building a loving relationship with God, especially when I don't "feel" Him or honestly, don't want to be with Him (sounds probably a little crazy).

Something that I am learning is that it's a building relationship. You aren't going to just have it "poof" like. That means building trust too. You may not "feel" in love with God for a long time.

I think though as someone stated, you can make a choice to show love though just like you would in real life. (An example is when you don't like a family member and still showing actions of love (even when you don't feel that). So in my opinion when it comes to God, I feel that by talking to Him (and being brutally honest with Him), reading about who He is, and obeying Him is showing Him love. For me, feelings aren't there yet most of the time.

Don't know if any of this makes sense. Will keep praying though.

Thanks. :) And what you said, makes sense as well. I understand. Sometimes... like, for me it's really hard. In the first place, Im an INCREDIBLE independant person, and always have been. Sometimes, actually alot of times I dont really want God's help. As I would say when I was little, "I wanna do it myself." (add lisp where needed) lol But yeah, I feel like I dont love God enough to want to let Him in... So anyway... thats my struggle right now, is letting God in to lead me, and all that. So yeah.

Anyway, thanks again to you all for your thoughts and prayers. :)

My sentiments exactly
And this I pray, that your love would abound still, more and more with real knowledge and all discernment. Be prepared to preach the gospel at a moment's notice. Do you know the gospel well enough to do so yourself? Be ready.
