And there are a few manga renditions of the Bible. Manga Messiah is my personal favorite (although it's the only one I've read). http://www.nextmanga.com/ Zondervan has done a few things, too.
That's pretty much the extent of the genre right now, but I'm pretty sure more will come in the future.
