You've got to see the intro movie! I've known about this game for a long time now, but it recently got it's own website! I'll be playing this instead of Ragnarok Online... If I can get it to download.
EDIT: I'm not sure if this is an online game. If it is, it PWNS!

I was pretty sure the title was Ragnarok Battle Offline, making it purely a PC arcade tyle fighting game with really cute RO chibis. ^_^ Regardless I'd really like to play this, I love the intro video.
