Who?

Postby Oathkeeper » Tue Jun 21, 2005 8:30 pm

Hi everyone.

I figured I would post a bit about myself. I learned of this forum back in October of 04 while at a panel discussion at Oni-Con. I joined shortly after that and posted in the welcome area, but then never got around to posting anything else. I was a bit hesitant to post an introduction thread until I had posted a bit more. I decided though that perhaps if I was going to become a more active poster that posting an introduction would be a good start.

Name: Eric

Age: 26

Location: I was born in Wichita Falls, Texas currently living in Bessie (possibly more cows than people here), Oklahoma

Occupation: Processing Manager though getting ready to start taking classes on computer programming and computer security. I have a degree in Business Administration emphasis in management (still trying to figure out why I chose that as my area of study, going with temporary insanity).

Siblings: An older brother

Hobbies: Reading, Writing, video games, anime, music, weight lifting, running, sports, attending conventions (Anime Expo being my next one)

Favorite Anime: Martian Successor Nadesico

I apologize for the short introduction, but I am never good at these things. I will answer any questions however. :)

Sorry for such a late reply.

Rachel: My favorite authors would have to be C.S. Lewis, Terry Brooks, John Eldredge, and JK Rowling.

FadedOne: Thank you for the welcome and nice to meet you as well. I usually enjoy all the computer stuff, but at times it can get really frustrating, heh.

Did we miss you at Anime Expo? I remember you mentioned you might be going -- did that fall through?

shooraijin: I was at Anime Expo, but that evening I lost track of time and by the time I glanced at a clock it was almost 7. I also forgot the exact area everyone was meeting to head over to Downtown Disney and wasn't real familiar with the area. :(
Sounds like ya'll had a good time from the reports on the boards here.

Have you ever read anything by Ted Dekker? He's really good.

When you do, Three is a really great book. But I wouldn't read it at night though.
