I need a prayer.

For about a year and a half now, I've been battling a pornography addiction, hentai to be exact. It all started when I discovered a certain website, and ever since then I've been plagued by this filthy lust. I've tried to stop multiple times, but I always come back. A few nights ago I was looking at hentai, then my mother walked in on me. She was mad and could not believe what I was looking at. "Drawings of all things" she said. She then yelled "young man, you started it, now it'll end". She then finished me off, after that she called my father from work. As punishment, they made me donate my TV to the church in hope that I would never look at hentai again. The worst part about all this, is I'm still looking at hentai. Please pray for me!

First off, I'm praying for you. Your parents reaction sounds very harsh- have you talked to them, and asked them for help in trying to get away from it?

There's a prayer thread for these kinds of topics at the top of the board- "Mature prayer topics", that this would be more appropriate for. And they have good advice for trying to keep away from it!
