Persona 1 & Persona 2: Eternal Punishment

I was wondering if its worth playing (persona 1) Is it like Kodella or Galerians? Another question is persona 2 does it really have stong language in it? thx..

Persona? Isn't this the game that Sony USA had banned the first time around because of it's very strong realistic occultic refferences? Is Persona in the Megami Tensei series?

I loved these games. Persona 2 does have some profanity, but the F bomb is never dropped. Persona 1 was a little dull, but in comparison with some of the other games that came out in 1996, it was pretty good. It's an RPG.... and it's one of my favorites.

Persona was kinda interesting, if for any reason the cool high school atmosphere and card concept long before it even made a popular mainstay in today's rpg world. Really on Playstation One aside from Suikoden, there wasn't a rpg quite like it. Although I hated navigating in first-person perspective in the dungeous, and the characters sound like they had huge steel boots and they were stomping instead of walking.

I never got to playing part 2............
