I remember sometime ago that someone wanted to try putting wheels an electric remote control motors on the bottom of traffic barrels so that could be moved at one time. I could see someone showing up with a remote control and cause problems by moving them when not needed or having them chase cars.
The other things that Traffic Barrel Monster needs is a slow sign and a flag.
I guess if someone directed traffic you can get mad enough to become mad as a monster.

I would think that putting a Traffic Barrel Monster on the highways would be a distraction but what if the characterization was used to promote for traffic safety.
Billboards, safety shows, animated TV and maybe radio voiced commericals.
Maybe a commerical might be like this.
"HEY I' AM OUT HERE TO LET YOU KNOW TO SLOW DOWN IN SAFETY ZONES BECAUSE ITS DANGEROUS TO BE DRIVING THE REGULAR SPEED.
THERE ARE PEOPLE WORKING OUT HERE AND LARGE EQUIPMENT THAT CAN BE HIT."
Thats just one idea how to use the icon.

Bad move! I'm POSITIVE that those cones were in use SOMEWHERE for some reason...that could be dangerous if someone didn't see a road hazard.

I understand that the student worked for the company where he got them from. The boss wants them back from the police so that they can set the TBM in front company as a mascot and use it for other projects.
