Comcast Plans AZN Television Channel's Shutdown

Postby EricTheFred » Mon Jan 28, 2008 7:17 am

Bad news for some cable customers:

On the positive side, maybe now Comcast and my provider (Verizon FIOS) will pick up ImaginAsian. When I was a TWC customer, I found this to be a much better all-around channel, although back when I had Comcast, I did enjoy watching Patlabor and Lodoss Wars on AZN. Lately, I haven't been attracted by many of their offerings.
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May He cause His face to shine upon you.
May He lift up His countenance and grant you peace.

????
I guess I kinda understand... except most people here are probably mostly interested in AZN as an anime provider?

Meh, I suppose some are watching the Asian dramas, J-pop, etc.

Then put it on Anime. Anime or General Entertainment probably would have worked. But like most, you just tossed it in general. >.<

Well Comcast STRIKES AGAIN! They have come out and started putting their channels on digital operations and providing little boxes to make it so you can watch them. Well they have taken away SYFY, Cartoon Network, Animal Planet and some of the channels I have enjoyed and the boxes are not working very well in the bedrooms. We have tried all the info they tell us to do to make the boxes work but no good.
I have the DVR box in the living room so I will use it until I change to Virizon.
