Question about posting rules for game

I had a question for posting a quasi-RPG game ruleset for people's enjoyment in the RPG section, but was told to come here instead.

I just need to know if this really belongs here or if it should be in the RPG section.

I have no intention of hosting a RPG online, just writing and posting the rules, maybe some pictures and errata, and a FAQ for it as well.

The focus of the game is skirmish style combat, but rules for large scale warfare and role play will eventually be written as well.

The style of gameplay is intended to be with use of miniatures, either MageKnight, actual D&D minis, LEGOs, paper cutouts, chessmen, anything you can think of to use as pieces, and 20 sided dice for combat rolls and other skills, engagements, decisions, etc...

The game world has a Tolkien esque feel, but is intended to be applicable for more than just one world of play. Fantasy, Sci-fi, horror, modern, historical. The rules and stats for characters and soldiers are pretty condensed and over simplified, but are carefully categorized to apply in more than just combat related situations.

so anyway, i really want to be able to post this somewhere, but i don't know where it should go, or what channels to go through to get it accepted and posted.

This is a somewhat specialized interest, so realize response will be limited. I can provide you with some feedback, but this isn't a passion of mine so it will be limited. For the moment I recommend posting the basic rules and seeing who is interested. Perhaps I should reevaluate my decision to not post in the RPG idea forum, as more of your potential audience may lurk there.
