Just to be pedantic, the correct form of this thread's title would by "Thy newest Brother Hath arrived". Thou is second person nominative singular, you're looking for the genitive form. Also, for third person, you use hath, not hast - hast is second person, hath is third. Arriveth is equivalent to arrives, and to say "have arrives" is incorrect.
Of course, this bit of grammatical advice pales in comparison to the CAA's own Grammar Ranger.
