This better be a belated April Fool's joke.

Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling
And You've told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours" - Casting Crowns ("Who Am I")

Nah, that's totally real, and I'm totally sad...I hope Showbread isn't going to suck now.

At least I get to see his last show.

His last show is on May 11 or 12, 2007.

Yeah, I know it's real.
When I saw his reasons for leaving, I knew that if it wasn't a joke, it wouldn't be funny.

^ I remember hearing something about having an old vocalist.
Is Josh the one on the far left or was he the vocalist here?

Figures, just when I finally get their old stuff, he leaves.

Goodbye is Forever is awesome.

Yeah, his last show will be at Cornerstone Florida, where I will be...I've seen them there the last three years in a row with Tae. :(

Sorry to doublepost, but does anyone agree with me when I say that it would be awesome if Jimmy Ryan randomly stepped back into the music biz and took Ivory's place.

One can dream.

That would be awesome.

....I could imagine nothing worse. Haste the Day was so different from Showbread. Jimmy's not nearly flamboyant enough.

I am not a huge Showbread fan...but this is a bummer. And the guy that left HTD would not be a good replacement. Having seen these guys live...they need someone cut from a certain cloth. Or, under the effects of heavy narcotics. Dead By Dawn still rocks me. So Showbread fans have my sympathy.

Hm...I think Jimmy would do well.
My opinion though.

I mean, yeah, that's fine, but I just don't see how that would work.

His whole style just...doesn't fit the bread.

I couldn't see Jimmy dancing around and freaking out on stage, which is what Showbread does. Like I said before, he's not nearly flamboyant enough. Watch old videos of Jimmy's stage presence and then just wait until you get to see Showbread...you'll see what I mean.

I know what you mean, but I think he could change his stage presence if he joined Showbread.

I know how different Haste the Day and Showbread are in style and stage presence, but I really think in time it could be pulled off.

After all, this was just a thought that will never come true.
