That battle is one of the hardest of the required boss battles. I remember it took me multiple tries.

LOL I've been playing it since 9:30 AM and got off from it at 9:00PM I did have a few breaks ^^; But now im challenging Ansem for the 2nd time...so..tired...can't...type...

Kewl, that battle took me about 4 tries total. Since he has sooo many forms I only had a limited supply of items.

There are a ton of forms, aren't there? I'm all for multi-form battles, but it was a bit much, in my opinion...

yeah, he did have a bunch of forms. I thought that his normal looking form was actually harder than his other ones. :sweat:

I loved that game though. I loved the Nightmare before Christmas part, cause I thought Sora's costume was cool. :sweat:

I still haven't beat Sephiroth though. I only took one shot at him and died a horrible, bloody,(well that might be slightly exagerated) death. I haven't tried since, but maybe one day. When I get up enough nerve.^^ And seeing the secret ending just made me want the sequel more.*cries*

Don't lose heart, Sephiroth requires some practice. I had a friend who failed to even damage him his first two tries... and got him down to 1/4 health on his third try. Of course, it isn't like he doesn't require some leveling...

I haven't tried to beat Sephiroth yet cuzz I need to level up a lot more lol XD I'm only lvl 60.

I lost the first couple times I fought him but once I got a good strategy I found it wasn't impossible to beat him though it was still challenging to an extent. He has some pretty mean attacks.

Ansem wasn't that hard if you move fast.

That sounds about right. I think Sephiroth killed me in 2 hits. That has to be some kind of record for the fastest death in any game I've played or something. I'll probably try again after I level up some more. Right now I'm at level 72. Maybe I should try for level 100.
Ansem killed me the first couple times I fought him at the end, but eventually I got the hang of it. I have a strategy guide and I still die, so oh well. He's not too difficult after you figure out his moves. You have to glide around to try and avoid some of his attacks and try not to let him grab you with his guardian thing. That's really annoying when it happens. And if you can remember the line he says before each of his attacks it helps. That way you know what's coming and can try to avoid it or whatever.

I know he says something when that demon thing behind him protects him. But I think it's kinda silly that you have to fight the huge heartless before going to him :-/

As usual with enemies, the best strategy is to avoid being hit and attack only when it's safe. Bosses always have a lot more HP than you do. That and be able to heal very quickly. Did you survive long enough to get hit with a Soul Harvest? That attack is pretty wicked.
