can some one give me advise on my anime/manga drawings please

Hey that's really good looking 
um the only thing that I really notice is her bangs need to blend in with her hair more like the 3 on the right look like they are sitting on top of her hair and not part of it I would look around for some pics on the net for reference besides that it looks awsome!

I like your picture, it's pretty good. ^_^ Sorry, I can't give advice since I'm not an artist. I say, just keep drawing and there are a lot of good books that you can look into, which my daughter uses. She has a lot of the "How to Draw Manga" series and "Anime and Game Characters." Those are really helpful for her. Her thread is here under, chibi_chan's art.
