I like Ryan and Wayne.

GO COLIN!!!!! He's Canadian, and once when they were doing a drinking song, Colin ended up being the last man standing with a straight face while the other guys were laughing hysterically. As someone who giggles at just about anything, I have to respect someone with the much self-control *nods*

And he's funny, and he did a stint on This Hour has 22 Minutes ^.^ *is biased*

Both Ryan and Colin... Ryan's just a natural at it all, but it's always fun to have the Canadian guy there too^^ I SO miss that show though (do they still make new eps? Think I saw one...) but none of my channels get it though :/ Last I saw was off friend's satellite. Heh, I love acting impovish stuff^^ I mean with those eps where someone says something, so they inside joke it the whole way through^^ Great stuff...

Oh, Wayne's the best when it comes to songs^^ Dunno how the heck ANY of them can just improv a song off the top of their head :/

It was between Collin and Ryan without question, but in the end I went with Collin. I like how many of his jokes are deadpan.

I think there should be a sub-question for everyone asking who their favorite guest member is. Personally, I think the episodes with Greg Proops tend to be best.

That is REALLY hard. Colin is probably the most famous. But wayne has a really funny singing ability. But Ryan's humor is more subtle and a different style.

My vote is Richard Simmons. But he's technically a guest performer.

Well...I wish I could choose two...but since I can only choose one, I'll choose Ryan.

Agreed, most of the episodes with Greg Proops seem to be the best probably because Colin, Ryan and him have been doing this a while (they were all on the British Whose Line is it Anyway before the American one was developed)...though I have to admit...the episode with Richard Simmons was quite funny...and really disturbing...

Was he the one who kept messing up while playing Three-Headed Broadway Star? I might have seen that, and yes, it was amusing for certain types of humor. Stephen Colbert was a guest once as well, and he seemed to improvise on par with the others, though I missed the majority of his games.

Collin. Man, the dude can make just about anything funny.

"Recently, the band The Birds has announced that president George W. Bush will be accompanying them on their reunion tour. On stage he will be playing both guitar and bass. This goes to prove that a Bush in the band is worth two in the Birds."

Plus he's bald. That's funny.

No-one mentioned the piano player, I forget her name. She's genius.

The only guest star I liked was Robin Williams. Chyna was definitely a terrible idea.

Colin's the man. Except for when Wayne did the Girl Scout possessed by the devil. I don't think I ever laughed that hard before.

I believe I heard that one. My personal favorite of all time:
"Recently a group of monks staged a protest at the Playboy mansion. They went out front and began selling flowers. No one managed to stop them until the next day, when Hugh Hefner himself went out and spoke to them before they set up, after which they quietly left. The lesson we can all take from this is that only Hugh can prevent florest friars."

I remember that one! ::highfives::

Greg was funny too, on "News Caster", he'd always start out with something like "Hello. I'm All That and a Bag of Chips."

That was actually David Hasselhoff.

The funniest Whose Line episode of all time though, had to be the one with Richard Simmons. I swear I nearly suffocated from laughing so hard.

Anyway, to answer the question, Colin overall, but Wayne definitely wins for the song related parts.

Collin, yes, then Ryan, and Wayne gets the singing parts.

What I'd do if this show were on DVD...

Ah, that name sounds much better. I didn't think it had been Richard Simmons. If that episode is truly very funny, I hope that I can manage to see it at some point. Or it is probably available online somewhere...
