I am really looking foward to this game! It looks kinda like a hybrid of advance wars and fire emblem, with it's own uniqueness to it as well, and some sort of card system. Not a whole lot is known about it so far, but it's from the makers of Riviera, so it should be pretty good.
The official site is here but it's in japanese so you'll have to translate it with babel fish or a program like it. There's a fair amount of information about it on the site, as well as on (in more logical words) on IGN (Here's the IGN article http://gameboy.ign.com/articles/708/708357p1.html)
All in all, I'm going to be keeping an eye on this, and I definetly want to buy it ^^ I'll update here if I find anything new.

Edit: If you go the download section of the site there's a neat gameplay movie that you can watch. My apprehensions about this are gone after seeing the sweet gameplay in action o.o

Edit:
Oh that is neat. Instead of a simple death system, there's a morale point system. If you get crushed in battle, your morale drops a bunch, but if you take down a ton of enemies with you, your moral only drops a little. Only when the units moral drops to zero does it dissapear, otherwise the unit respawns after battle. That's different, but cool.
There's also a really different movement system that I don't quite understand. Just have to wait and see ^^

That it does. I like how the battles are split screen, like advance wars, but your fighters actually jump across the split in the screen to attack. That's pretty stylish.

Yes, I thought this was rather interesting since I first saw it announced in NP. Worth checking out, I would think.

(I hope this isn't considered gravedigging <.<; )
Well, I finally got around to picking this game up about a week ago! I'm having a blast with it so far. It's a little slow to get into, and the learning curve is high, but it's quite fun and involving when all is said and done. It's a very very unique game that you'll probably either love or hate. I love it, though. Has anyone else had a chance to play it yet, and what are your thoughts?

Looks fun.
I may eventually purchase it, but I plan on using my work money for FF6 Advance and a PSP.
