I am looking for a good video editing program. You know the whole edit .mpeg and .vob files and add music for AMV and do spiffy things with home videos kinda milarky. :thumb:

Anyone know of any good pieces of software?
Will insert something intelligent here later... maybe

If you're using Mac, I'd suggest Final Cut Pro. Of course, the only experience I had with Final Cut was in High School, so I don't know the full extent of Final Cut's power, so to speak, and I have no idea what it costs.. I made 2 AMV's using Final Cut, so it's definitely good if you're running Mac.

Now, if you're running Windows (which you probably are), then I probably wouldn't be of much help. The only video editing programs on Windows I've known people to use are Windows Movie Maker and Adobe Premier Pro. Of course, I have no idea how to use them though... xD
