TechTV was initially a result of C|Net brining it to life. There are several tech podcast and websites that would be what TechTV was if their concepts were brought to the TV screen. But it all falls to market. I personally believe their should've been a dedicated Anime TV channel, but that's not materialized in the US (it will in Korea). There will be a free streaming anime website this July, but then again, broadband and have to be on the computer... one day, some day we'll be able to watch anime UNCUT on the "one eye god"
