Which is right away. Of course Jak 2 has you steal cars to. But touch a civilian on a hoveboard and your dead.

GTA sucks, Simpsons Hit and Run sucks almost as bad... Only you don't steal the cars, you borrow them, and you don't kill people, you just knock them over or blow up their cars and they escape unscathed... They are both very boring games... The most fun thing is the cheat codes on simpsons that let you jump your car by pushing a button...
