Ahh no joke I played through RE and SH games no prob all of them but Fatal Frame I had to FORCE MYSELF TO PLAY! Not cause it was a bad game but cause it scared me half to death. I never can play it after dark still beat the first game and trying to get the courage to play the second one that is still sitting on top of my PS2. >_<

Hmm... I realized it wasn't the scare value that I liked about SH but the psychology... So, if that's the case, unless FF has some deep psychological aspects to it, it won't interest me... And probably won't scare me either (I mean, "A beautiful Mind" scared me, but none of the RE games did...)

Like I said, this is easily my favorite Tecmo franchise now. These two games are completely awesome. I was fearing that the developers would drop the ball on the second (being overconfident and what have you) but they managaed to make an equally awesome game.

I especially love how every ghost you encounter has SOME kind of story. Even if it's just how they died or who they originally were. It wasn't like Resident Evil where there were "just" zombies. This made Fatal Frame more personal... more human. Maybe that's why it's scary too.

Wow. Tell me about. I've had the game for over a year now and i'm not even halfway through it. It just scares me to much and it takes me too long to muster up the courage to play it. It is an awesome game and i just wish that i wasnt such a big baby :(
