I agree - Animal Crossing is an awesome game. PSoph and I play it quite a bit. :)

It took me a little while to get over the unusual character design but its quite fun and when you get bored of any of the town's citizens you can always ignore them until they move away and somebody new comes along.

Yeah, it's a really good game. I just wonder how long it will keep my interest for.

Only a couple more weeks until I get wifi... (hopefully) I can't wait. :D

Do you play it via wifi? We can play together or something! So far the only one I have played with over the WiFi was linksquest. I'll try to get my friendcode up later.

Hey, Cube the penguin is in my town too. My brother has a town member named Agent.S it's a squirrel in futuristic spy gear. I'm jealous. They need to make more unique characters like Agent.s

You lucky Americans!

Us Brits don't get it until tomorrow (Fridays 31st March). I've got my reservation receipt ready and I can not wait. I'm even using my last period study hall to sign out and get to the mall to by it.

I have to get WiFi so bad!

Well, judging by your lack of punctuation, your sterling one-half-sentence game reviewing, and your obsession with stuff that comes from your butt, I'm thinking you must be Jack Thompson in disguise. Yup. Definitely Jack Thompson.

Anyway, I've got a friend that got addicted to this game. I was up around 1 or 2 in the morning and he was on instant messenger, so I asked him why he was up so late. He said he was waiting for a ghost visitation. What made it funnier was that I didn't realize he was playing AC:WW until he mentioned something about. I felt a little stupid after that.

It's worth the wait OtakuX. It's worth the wait.

I love this game! Though I don't bring it with me to college, I play it every weekend. I just wish I had a Wi-Fi adapter. I might need to pick one up...

Actually, you can go to their house and find out that they're moving because all their stuff will be in cardboard boxes. If you keep talking to them and telling them not to go and when they eventually respond with something like "Should I change my mind?" they won't move away. That's how I kept Bluebear from moving twice.

You're quite welcome. It's quite helpful to be able to keep your favorite people in town. That was the biggest thing that annoyed me in the Gamecube version. I'm glad they added that feature to this one. Enjoy!

Yes. I finally got it!

Sorry I couldn't reply MSP. I don't have internet at home so I can online get online durng the week at school, otherwise I would have been on here singing it's praises all weekend.

It's just so addictive that you don't what to put it down despite it;s wacked concept (lets be honest, on paper the Animal Crossing concept sounds pretty weak) but I just have to keep playing. Besides when you running around town in a Ninja hood nd a hockey mask, you can't complain! :thumb:

I have to ask, how do you get the shovel, I just upgraded to the shop to Nook 'n' Go but I still can't buy it. Am I missing something? :(

THe things that Nook sells are random from day to day. You'll eventually get the chance to buy the shovel.

Spiffy. If you want the golden shovel I know how to get that.

Buy another shovel and bury it. Leave it there till the next day, then dig it up. It'll be golden.
