LobsterBucket Bio

Postby lobsterbucket » Fri Jan 02, 2004 4:25 pm

Man, this is really cool. OK, here we go. My name is Dan Eisenberg and I'm a Junior in High School. I have a pretty interesting testimony, so i'll probably put that up sooner or later. I plan on going to a 4-year college and after that going to one of the 8 Lutheran Seminaries in the country and to become a congregational pastor. I'm in Cross Country and i love band (Jazz, Concert, Marching, and anything else i can get involved with). Other than God, i love running and music ( i sing also). I like a wide variety of anime. Some are: Azumanga Daioh, Hellsing, Haibane Renmei, Chrno Crusade, Trigun, Scryed, Outlaw Star, FLCL, Witch Hunter Robin, and tons more. I've recently been addicted to online manga. Check out Megatokyo and 9thelseware for starters.

God's Peace,
Daniel

Well, I haven't been a Megatokyo fan since Rodney C. stopped writing it, but it is a good online manga.

So, hi and welcome! ^_^ You do have really good taste in anime. I'm a Witch Hunter Robin and Azu Manga Daioh fan too.

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.
