Does anyone know of a good website that if you type something in, it all gets translated into Spanish?

I have to do my Spanish report in Spnaish!

Google translator sometimes makes it so you can almost understand what the page is saying...

yeah, but I'd never actually use these translators for anything else than getting the general gyst of what something is saying. These online translators kill the heart and soul of the orriginal messages, y'know?

oops, I missed that sentence. If you are supposed to write it in spanish, then the teacher probably actually wants it written in spanish, not written in englesh and translated by computer.

Yeah, net translators don't work too well. Even if your teacher couldn't tell it came from a net translator, you'd probably still fail the paper because verbs would be conjugated improperly (or not at all) and the like.

Never use a web translator for any real communication. If you need words, may I suggest this book? (barnesandnoble.com)

This is a demonstration of what bablfish can do:

Tom, but translated into spanish and back by BabelFish wrote:Any person knows of a good Web site that if you type something inside, everything obtains translated to Spanish? I must make my report Spanish in Spnaish!

Here's my original post, run through an internet translator:

Yes, the net translators do not work too much well. If his professor could not even say wine of a net translator, you probably still would fail the paper because the verbs would be conjugated incorrectly (or absolutely) and the similars.

Yeah. That's why you'd get an F if you used a net translator.

Quite frankly, if you are in a spanish class and you do not know a word of spanish, and are expected to write a paper in spanish, then you have problems that should be solved by someone other than your online community. I am sorry, but it sounds like you are looking for a way to get out of doing the work you ought to be doing, and that is not good. Cheating in any form is wrong, and I dont think you should be asking people on this site to help you with it.

Sorry if thats harsh, but its my two cents.

I suspect (hope) that what he meant was that he was looking for a particular word that he didn't know, rather than that he didn't know any Spanish at all. Online translators, of course, only give "best guesses", and often don't choose an equivalent that is quite what you're looking for. Then again, when I took Spanish, I had a very nice little book that I've linked to twice already - wait for it - a Spanish-English dictionary. (barnesandnoble.com) It will *gasp* help you find equivalent words - including, more than likely, the one you're looking for.

If you're serious about learning Spanish, you should have such a book. The one that I've linked to is one that I liked.

Haha, net translators...The only thing they are good for is getting a rough idea of what something says. Don't even try writing something with them.

The Google translator, I'll type something in English and convert it to Japanese, then I'll convert it back to English and it will be something totally different.

oh, this is for a spanish class? Yeah, I tried babblefish for some translation stuff my sophmore year. My teacher was not pleased. In truth, you are your best translator when it comes to this. Read your spanish books when you need help, and you'll be fine.
