I would probably pray, call my family to tell them that I love them, and hopefully hold my hubby's hand.

Man, this thread is a riot. I read a good bit of it. Your art is very impressive by the way. I cannot stand typos and poor grammer no matter what the situation either, although I always struggled with grammer in grade school.

Who would you say has been a shepherd to you and how? That is, who is a more mature Christian that you have learned from and been guided by?

Several people throughout my life have been mentors and good examples. One of my youth pastors comes to mind, named Mike. And an older lady that I worked with at a Christian bookstore -- I miss Barb. Both my parents have shepherded me in different ways. I also learn constantly from people I hang out with -- my husband (Mithrandir, here), my best friend Sharon, and various other friends and acquaintances. Carol, a lady from my church, is kinda' like a 2nd mom to me.

I know that one of my gifts is Art, possibly Mercy, and maybe Music. Interesting question; I think you're the first to ask.

Considering you just did exactly that, I would say you did not wonder for very long. Yes, I confess I do not catch every typo and grammatical error I make. Since I consider posting on-line a casual affair, I'll even let some mistakes in grammar through on purpose on the condition the flubs are acceptable in spoken English.
