Ok,fellow Seahawk fans this thread is for you.The idea is to act as a place where we can root our team on in the Superbowl. If they loose we can use it to console ourselves together. If they win we'll have a big ol' cyberparty! :thumb:
On other words this is to be an All Seahawk thread.
Talk about your favorite player, coach,or whatever you like about the 'Hawks.

Do you remember Cortez Kennedy? He was a defensive lineman for the Seahawks back in the '90s. I have one of his cards and the fact that he played his juco (junior college) ball at the college I'm currently attending is pretty cool, too. I forgot which university he transferred to, though.

I love their story, I love an underdog, and I'm in Steelers county so I'm in! Although I hope The Bus has a game that will give him pleasant memories, he seems like a good enough guy.

Since I am a fan of both teams, I guess I am "half" in.

I just heard that Hasselbeck, Shaun Alexander, and some other Seahawks got into a fender Bender on ESPN news?!

Eh it was a very minor accident. There all perfectly fine. If the Seahawks lose, and people use this as an excuse...I will forever laugh at the team.

No-one should make any excuses if they loose. If they win I wonder how many will just say that the Steelers had a bad day.

That wouldn't be a good excuse. Most seem to say that the teams are evenly matched. Of course, people have been underestimating the Steelers for most of the season.

I just hope the game is played in a way that both teams won't regret this or that play as the reason they lost. One of the players from Denver said it well. He said it was easier to accept defeat in a game like the AFC championship game then in a game where a bad call or a few mistakes is the difference.

There will be excuses on both sides. But let me share why I am rooting for the Steelers. Last year, a little boy thats a son of a lady I work with...passed away from Cancer. He was about 12. Before he died, he was on the make a wish foundation thing...and Bettis came up here, spent a day with him...and made him feel like he was important. I did not know this, till about 3 weeks ago. I really hope Bettis gets a ring just for what he did for that little boy. It meant the world to him.
