interesting, I don't share any extensions with you... I'm a bit minimalist, only installing what I need to browse, I use:

Tabbrowser Preferences - everything must go to a new tab
Mouse Gestures - hard to explain this one, great time saver and hard to browse without it now
Adblock - only use this to block truly obnoxious banners, or offensive images
SearchPluginHacks - delete the unused plugins FF comes with

I use only one extension, but it completely transforms Firefox from its honestly kind of klunky design into a slick new browser.

It's called Opera.

you know the funny thing is that the plugins I use were chosen to make it function like opera ;). Migrating at a time when I got fed up with dealing with the more frequent quirks of Opera not working with various websites. The (nearly) only time firefox has trouble is with ActiveX pages. Of course Opera could have improved since then, but I'm used to Firefox for now and don't have reason to switch again.

Just the Anonymizer toolbar. I looked through the extensions options and saw nothing that looked worth getting.

Out of curiosity, Tringard, what version was Opera at when you left?

that is a good question. I think I tried and eventually switched to Firefox (since it worked on my sites of interest that opera did not work on) shortly after it came out, so late 2003, early 2004. According to wikipedia that would have been Opera 7, and I know I didn't use it last year when 8 was apparently released. So there's a good chance I started on 6, moved to 7 and then to Firefox.
