2nd season of NGE?!

It's me!

I found something really weird the other day at a local mall, it was a VHS of the NGE series. Now I know what you're thinking. You dumb***, they have NGE on DVD and VHS, but this didn't have any of the original characters on it (e.g. Maya, Ritsuko, Shinji, Rei, etc.) instead, one had a blonde guy in the stereotypical male jap. school uniform, and the other had a male brunette, and the animation style is noticabley (did I spell that right?) diffrent, I checked the front and back to see if it was some kind of counterfeit. But it is made from Gainax and all that other legal stuff. If someone could find out about the plot of this story and/or get me additional info please reply this thread. This must be solved for all NGE fans of the world (except those that have close relations to the creator of NGE or someone that works at Gainax)

there is no 2nd season but they are remastering the orginal for better video quality and sound quality, it gonig to be sweet.

Did the blonde guy have freckles and glasses? It sounds to me like maybe it's Aida Kensuke....??

there are more VHS than DVDs, therefore chances are you saw one of the VHS that has Kensuke on it. he's one of the characters. blah.
