How do you turn a link into text?

Like in your signature where you have the words "Bump Thread" turn into a link when its clicked on. I would like to know how to do that.

If you click the image of the world with the chain (link), it asks you for the text you want the link to appear as, and then the link to use and then will put it at the end of the post you are typing, you can then move it if you want it elsewhere.
If you would rather just type out the tags, you can type:

<Text you want to see here>[/ URL]

without the space (" ") between the '/' and 'URL' in the final tag.

like so?

The Glomp Project

if so, you can reply to my post to see how I did it in the quoted text.

I see the forum doesn't naturally color link text, might want to do that too, something like:

Here's the code on how to do it:
[ url="http://www.youtube.com/watch.php?v=NZxUnqdagAQ"][ COLOR=Navy]The Glomp Project
Just remove the blank spaces I placed after the "[" and before "url" and "color"
