Star Wars Episode II:

Padme: We used to come here for school retreat. We would swim to that island every day. I love the water. We used to lie out on the sand and let the sun dry us and try to guess the names of the birds singing.

Anakin: I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere. Not like here. Here everything is soft and smooth.

"You fight wonderful!"
"Then why are you still smiling?"
"Because I know something you don't know."
"What's that?"
"I am not left-handed."

I love the movie, and luckily, I have a love for corny lines like that. But then we have Anakin and Padme's dialogue from Episode 3...

"You're so beautiful."
"Maybe it's because I'm so in love."
"Maybe it's because I'm so in love."

Lucas, go back to the 70's...when you were cool, and Yoda was a puppet.

I hate to continue the Anakin bashing here, but here are three lines that--I think, at least--are his worst.

"Are you an angel?"
"Whoa, this is tense!"

And the worst of all, which I don't think has been mentioned so far...

"I know, let's try spinning! That's a good trick! Whoa-oa-oa-oa-oooh!"

That one line at the end of Pirates of the Caribbean, when the governor (Elizabeth's dad) says something good about pirates. Like a real government official would endorse pirates.

i know this wasnt in the movie, but i think it would make everything 10x more entertaining.

when whats-his-face, um, anikin is bloodied and missing his limbs, and that guy..whats his name, comes over and goes 'ah i see your still alive.'

well i thnk it should go more like this.

'ah, i see your still alive...AND KICKING!! *bursts out laughing* GET IT? CAUSE YOUR MISSING YOUR LEGS?? AHAHAHA NOW I CAN CALL YOU TORSO BOY! *laughs harder*

yeah. >.>

I always see that scene at the end of Episode III as reminiscent of the Black Knight scene in Monty Python.

Say, that reminds me of another amusing anecdote. I was walking down the street when this guy walked up and said he hadn't had a bite in three days. Well, I knew what he meant, but just to be funny I took a big bite out of his jugular vein. And he's all bleeding and screaming going, "UWAAAH! AAAAH!" And I'm like, "Hey buddy, don't you get it?" Sheesh. Some people just can't take a joke.

My vote is for the 'romantic dialogue' in Attack of the Clones. Maybe I'm jaded, but most of it pretty eyeroll inducing. I apologize in advance if someone has already subjected y'all to this one:

Anakin: From the moment I met you, all those years ago, not a day has gone by when I haven't thought of you. And now that I'm with you again... I'm in agony. The closer I get to you, the worse it gets. The thought of not being with you- I can't breath. I'm haunted by the kiss that you should never have given me. My heart is beating... hoping that kiss will not become a scar. You are in my very soul, tormenting me... what can I do?- I will do anything you ask.
[uncomfortable pause]
Anakin: ... if you are suffering as much as I am, PLEASE, tell me.

Gah. I miss Han and Leia, twas snappy and simple, and it was good.

Although Anikin has been nominated more than any other character noone has posted my favourite 2 worst anakin lines:

I killed them. I killed them all. Even the women and children. *sips on blue milk* - episode 2

This is the happyest day of my life - episode 3

The thing that makes these so horrible it that they are performed in the exact same tone of voice. Oh how broad his acting tallent is.

When the kid in Matrix Reloaded says " Neo, I believe." I just found that to be really cheesey.

When Darth Vader finds out that Padme died and he yells "NoOoOOoOOoOoo!!!!!" in Star Wars Revenge of the Sith.

"down here its our time! Its our time down here!"-Goonies.

Its like a cheese grater on my ears. And yeah the star wars episode 1,2, and 3 lines from anakin are really bad. Someone before mentioned the "Anny, i am pregnant" line. Well, me and my siblings did a play for friends of star wars 3 and my 8 yr old sister was padme and when it came to that line instead of saying "anny, i'm pregnant" she said "anny i'm having birth". We laughed very hard. So now whenever i hear that i laugh.

Yeah.
Leia: I love you.
Han: I know.

One of the best dialogue exchanges in the whole movie. And how it was reversed towards the end. Classic.

Oh, here's one: Die Hard (the first one). Bruce Willis' famous one-liner is actually not so bad, but then when the bad guy uses it with his cheesy German accent - "Vhat vas zat you said?... Yippee ki yay... mozer******." In this really stale, emotionless voice.
