Aloha ya'll

Well I've been here a week and I'm just now getting around to saying hi. That's college for you. Anyway, my name's John. I'm a 19 year old male college student majoring in Biology on a Pre-Med track. I've got a big thing for hawaiian shirts - hence the name. I'm a southern boy born-an-raised and proud of it. I became a Christian when I was little and its been a great time ever since. I only recently became interested in the anime genre (probably the vestiges of the influence of Poke'mon, gosh that seems like forever ago). Its great to see a site like this where we can talk about cool animes and still hold ourselves accountable to a higher calling. I have become all things to all people, ya know? Anyway, that's just a little about me.

Aloha ya'll.
- John

P.S. I've gotta pet snake named Saba. Hooyah!

This really is a cool place. Hope you have as much fun here as I do. Say, does "Saba" mean anything?

Not that I've found so far. I swiped the name off of a Star Wars book character: Saba Sebatyne of the New Jedi Order series.

Full Metal Alchemist is the only one I've kept serious tabs on for now. Naruto, Inuyasha, Ghost in the Shell, and a few others I enjoy on an irregular basis.
