Rakion is an awesome new game made by SoftNyx.

This game is an awesome 3d game in 3rd person with FPS controls.

You can be a Ninja and stuff in it.

it's a room-based game with leveling and items.

Not really an mmorpg at all.

btw, how did mmorpg's get banned from your house?

(One word: Everquest.)

(Got a bad rap on the Sonlight forums, now all like games are banned.)

It's really nothing like Everquest, or any other MMORPG I know of. The only RPG elements are that you can create a character of a certain class, gain experience, and buy items in the avatar shop. Basically, you make a character and then battle it out with a bunch of other people in a team-based deathmatch sort of thing. There's no exploring vast areas, or questing like you're probably accustomed to in an MMORPG. Just closed combat and item purchasing. It's worth a try anyway. It looks nothing like Everquest, and there's not much to object to. The female ninjas show some cleavage, and there's a ton of fighting, but nothing bloody or grotesque. I'd say give it a try and see what you think.

(You don't understand. Unless in a community such as this approved by another parent, I simply may not play online with other people. Period. Despite whether the game is simmilar in execution to Everquest or not.)

(That said, it sounds like I'd love it. I'll have to try it when a) I'm allowed to play such games or b) I go to college. Whichever comes first.)

You're talking about online games in general, not MMORPGs.

Online games aren't called MMORPGs. That's just a genre of online gaming.

To tell you the truth, you're not really missing out. Sure it's pretty fun, but there are tons of better games out there.
