This sounds like a strange thing, but Draw lines without a ruler. Draw lines all over a page; horizontal lines, vertical lines, diagonal lines... it helped me :thumb: Don't worry if the lines are more like zig-zags when you first start off; as you practise, your finer motor skills will develop more

This may sound obvious but practise drawing your lines on gridded/lined paper. <.< >.>

Also, start small...try practising to draw straighter lines at 1-2 cm initially and then move on to make the lines longer as you gain better control over your hand. ^_^ Good luck!

You may sometimes find that you can draw horizontal straight lines better than vertical straight lines, or vice versa. If this is the case, you can rotate the paper to accomodate your strengths initially, and then try to work on your skills so you can draw both kinds of straight lines (or anything in between) well.

Do you think if you are able to tilt your drawing surfact up a bit it might help? I don't know if it will do any good or if you've got something that will do it (or can rig something up) but maybe it could help as you might be able to rest your hand a little easier. :)

Practice calligraphy, says Kaligraphic.

Also, many/most lines aren't quite straight. A study of curves can actually help you to draw straight lines, because you draw with more certainty. I suggest one of the more rounded styles of writing, such as a copperplate hand.

The Letter from God Dear child, Despite your silence, I have heard your soul weeping. Why have you been so unhappy? Have you forgotten my everlasting love for you? Child, you are mine. Why have you not called my name sooner? If you seek me, I will answer. I am your counselor, ready to instruct you and show you which path to take. When you come to me, I will embrace you and silence all your fears. Just remember that I am here to hold you close and dry your tears. I will always be right beside you. Not only am I your father, but your best friend. Do not be afraid to ask for my mercy and forgiveness. I know that its hard to live on earth, so I understand when you fall down once in awhile, ask me for help, and I will pick you up and carry you. No one loves you more than I do. When you feel alone, remember I am beside you. When you feel helpless, remember I offer myself to you. When you feel lost, remember I will lead you, and when you feel forgotten, remember that you are my child and I will love you unconditionally. It is never too late to come home. I will be here waiting, ready to embrace you. I will leave the light on for you. Forever with you, God
