Hikago is short for Hikaru no Go, but I haven't read the manga or seen the anime so I don't know who the characters are.

Edit: Aha, apparently that little dude eating the drumstick is the main character of Hikaru no Go. I still dunno what it's about, but the artwork I found for it is amazing. ^^;
