Watched some horror the other night with some friends of mine. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) and Wrong Turn. I own both films, so its obvious I liked them.

I just watched "meet that parents" again yesterday, and today I saw Howls moving castle.

Last night I watched, "Hitch," with my husband. It was okay. I'd probably give it a B+.

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

My most recently watched movie is Galaxy Quest, it was playing on TV over the weekend. I think I've seen that movie about six times and each time I see it I keep thinking I really need to get the DVD. I always end up laughing the whole way through

Random factoid: The guy who played Guy the neurotic disposable redshirt also played Zaphod in Hitchhiker's Guide!!!! I only noticed that at the very end of my most recent viewing, when Guy flashed a very Zaphod-ish grin. I've officially decided that Sam Rockwell ish a very funny actor ^_^

and
The Pacifier

Yes, I'm a Vin Diesel fan. Shush it. And it has nothing to do with Impact. I followed that dark path a looooong time ago xD

I recently watched About Schmidt and Born on the Fourth of July at the same time with lots of switching back a forth between two channels and trying not to get confused. I think I like About Schmidt more, there was less swearing, politics and nudity (erm...save for Kathy Bates  )

There actually is one in the sports one titled: "What Sport are you playing Right Now?" which IMO is much more neccassary than this. Describing what sport people are currently playing and how their season is going is actually necessary in a sport section. (Oh, by the way, it`s my thread.)

Anyways, I recently got into the Bourne Idenity/Surpremacy. I thought Matt Damon was a pretty boy before I saw this movie. He`s actually cool and is a great actor.

I'm currently at this exact moment rewatching Spiderman 2 and trying to keep an eye on the movie while I type. I love this movie. Would anyone be really tremendously disturbed if I was to say that I think I'm a Doc Ock fangirl?

Yup, I have a crush on him, psycho homicidal tendencies, middle aged man-boobies and all. It weirds me out too :eh:

Ei, why can't I have normal crushes? Oo, a scene with him is coming up, must watch!

Shaun of the Dead. I don't think British humor is usually that funny, but Shaun of the Dead had me really going for a bit. Great little zombie comedy.

Just watched The Fantastic Four this afternoon. It is a great movie if you like superhero movies :thumb: .

And for the record, I started a thread like this a while ago, but it has since sunk into the abyss...

Myself and a friend has a movie night last night...let's see, we watched Fight Club (...interesting, to put it mildly), Reign of Fire (I love dragons, so I had to watch this...its a good Christian Bale movie), The Jacket (Adrien Brody=best actor ever), Chronicles of Riddick (I fell alseep during it though...oops), and House of the Flying Daggers (one of those Chinese movies all in subtitles...I made up my own dialouge though)

Oh, and I watched the Pacifer with my mom last night too.

His muscles are too big to allow him to make any other type of movie beyond action.
