Hi! Guess this is as good a place as any to try out my first post. This looks like a fascinating place and I'm looking forward to some really interesting discussions when I have some time to dig around in here.

Christians and anime in the same place... thought I was the only one on the planet putting those 2 things together! ~_^ So glad to see that I'm not!

Yes, Lots of people, (including myslef) are suprised when they find this forum. I actually found it by typing the words christian anime into google for the heck of it. Little did I realise how suprised and blessed I was about to become.

Anyways, Welcome! ^_^

If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. I can tell we have a deep intellectual here. Just listen to the shear poise in the post. Well my highly esteemed friend, you are welcome to probe the depths of insanity, frivolity, and good Christian fellowship we here call the CAA. Just be warned...enter at your own risk...or at the risk of others...either way it should be a whole lot of fun!

...Just fooling with ya. Welcome and enjoy your stay.

God Bless

:wow!: Wow!! I'm sorry I haven't checked here in a few days to catch all your warm welcomes!! Thanks so much! This has been a wildly hectic weekend... but now begins my "relax in front of the computer" time! :)

 heehee! Thanks for the "deep intellectual" label, hs5000! I think I may sound intellectual when really I'm just ... uummmm... old! Be that as it may, I'll risk the danger here since I'm already having fun!

Yes...I am one of those weird people who is a Flay Fanatic!

My favorite Gundam series would have to be everyone else's least favorite: G Gundam. It was my first anime and is still my #1 favorite. I'm truly a "mech-head" and love any series with giant fighting robots, but the gundams are my favorites. I do like Gundam Wing and Gundam Seed. My favorite male character from Seed is also Kira, though Athrun ran a close second by the end. :) And my fave female is definitely NOT Flay! eeek. She was a piece of work! But isn't it marvelous how God made us all different!! (My favorite gundam characters are actually the gundams themselves! Burning Gundam, Dragon Gundam, and Wing Zero Custom are probably my favorites! ) Thanks for asking!!

:?: I hate giving away the fact that I'm kinda old, but I have to laugh because I don't have any idea what you said there!! I did get the welcome part, though! Thanks, mah friend!! :)

Thanks again, everyone, for making me feel at home!
