Help! Photoshop Won't Launch

I can't open Photoshop CS at all. It tells me that my scratch disk is too full. I'm currently trying to remove programs from my C drive but I don't know what files to delete. (>_<)

Does anyone know how to edit the preferences and switch the scratch disk to another drive without having to launch Photoshop?

Please help, thanks!

i'm not sure, i had this problem with photoshop 6 but i just deleted stuff from my hard disk so i could use it.
