You mentioned you liked the Beach Boys and the Monkees on another thread. Does this mean you are...over 40 years old?!? Just asking, you don't have to answer if you don't want to!

I knew it! Who was your favorite Monkee? I was partial to Davy. I was (alas) not around during Kennedy's presidency - missed his last year as president by 3 years. Still, it's great to meet another child of the 60's!

I was born when Ike was still President. In fact in 1959 so I was a year old during
the '60 Presidential Campaign.
Well I would guess everyone liked Davey Jones. He was like the Monkees' version of
Paul McCartney.

Yes they are. Also most of the girls I like on anime tend to be more realistic
in appearance than say what you see on live tv shows.

Since you like realistic-looking female anime characters, what do you think of Tomoe from the Rurouni Kenshin OAV, 'Trust and Betrayal'? I thought she was drawn very realistically.

A pity you haven't seen it. 'Trust and Betrayal' is one of my favorites because it's so realistic. The violence is shocking, not cartoonish and ironically the main theme of the story is anti-violence, a sort of 'if you play at it, you're going to pay for it in the end'.
So who is your absolute favorite realistic anime character of all time?

mythmaster:
favorite animal:cats
least favorite animal:ants,I know they're insects but they have a habit of getting into your house all the time in the Summer and crawling all over things...BLEEECH!
Zodiac Animals:Western:Pisces,Chinese:Pig
wolves:Yes I do like.In fact my inner animal is a wolf!
I haven't been to the zoo for ages. Then again the closest zoo is far a way from here.
avidrkfan:I would have to say my favorite all time anime character of any type is
Kagome followed by Yuki from Silent Mobius and Mituski from Dual!

No,that was Nami.Yuki was the youngest until Lum Cheng showed up.She was the
one who managed the Labrynth Coffee Shop when she was off duty. She was also
the one that Katsumi attacked when she was possessed by the demon sword.

So that was Yuki! I liked her - especially in the episode with the antique coffee grinder.
