Eli: The Movie

Postby postbagboy » Sat Nov 08, 2003 1:26 am

Eli James Boulton was born on March 27th, in a hospital in East Auckland, New Zealand and was raised up in a Christian home. At the tender age of two, Eli's dad became mentally ill and commited suicide in a Mental Institution (Though probably not intentionally, you know, just trying to threaten the people who owned the institution to get him out of such a crappy mental hospital), which didn't shatter Eli's life at all, unlike some stories. Eli's family then moved to West Auckland at the age of 5, Eli went to a secular school (Who's mother worked as a teacher), where he was teased, bullied and abused, which suprisingly, made him more immune to insults (As in he doesn't give a darn if you insult him at all). By the age of eleven, Eli left that awful school into a much better secular school (Though the principal is a Christian) and is still at the school at the age of thirteen and is going to graduate the school in a month, he also adopted the name "Postbagboy" at that age and is still using it now. Eli is 5"8, medium build, blonde hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. Eli enjoys playing video games, watch anime, post on forums, draw stuff and read the Bible.

Uh... I'm good at refering to myself as the third person, ain't I? I decided to call myself by my real name since I wasn't actually called Postbagboy until I was ten O_o;;.
Yeah, that's it. There's also a picture of me attached (Though the hair is outdated, this was taken in April).

Wow, lotsa detail. Heh.

I have to admit that I don't quite understand the nickname "postbagboy" o_O Maybe I'm just dense, or haven't had enough Dr. Pepper.

The originsactually came from when I was told I had to pick a username to make a Mailing List. I chose "Postbagboy" because I was a boy and postbags have to do with mail. It stuck.

Nice to have you here Eli, um... postbagboy. :jump: Welcome!

I like that attacking Dr. Pepper. Dr. Pepper's real big here in Texas. I never drink it.

Do you like any anime or manga's in particular since you're here? :)

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

You can call me anything. Eli, EJ, PBB, Postbagboy, Moron, Idiot... anything. :D

Thanks, I made it myself.
Sadly, in New Zealand, the only place I could find that sold Dr. Pepper was this dairy a bit far away for me. I only buy it as a special treat for myself every now and then.

I haven't been watching that much anime recently, I found this forum when I was looking for some Christian websites that review anime, so I can invest my money on anime and manga wisely, y'know? But anyway ,my favourite anime is Evangelion, DBZ (It is an anime, I get so annoyed with anime fans that say it isn't all because it got popular in the Wes) and Iria. Yar. The best manga i've read would be Gunsmith Cats, Gundam Wing and stuff like that. I like anime/manga that has mechs, guns and lots of explosions. I do read/watch Shoujo, sometimes.

A New Zealander, eh? Cool. I'd love to go there someday; it seems like a beautiful place.

It is. Though I don't really feel like I belong here in NZ, for some reason.

Welcome to the nuthouse! You know, this whole Dr. Pepper thing is starting to remind me vaguely of 'User Friendly' the cartoon...
