...and you thought I wouldn't

Postby Rachel » Fri Jun 17, 2005 9:43 pm

Yes that's right my friends, in honor of my 507 posts, I have decided to tell you all even more about myself! And if y'all want, you can even ask questions! As long as you don't ask how much I weigh, because I'm not going to tell y'all that I weigh...oh hoho! Thought you could trick me, eh? I'm not fooled that easily! So here we go...most of what y'all need to know about me can be learned from this statement: I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Do you like pork rinds?

How about monkeys?

How about cats? (The answer doesn't matter to any of those except cats. Hint: Yes!)

^_______^ You do "insane" very well, too. LOL

So, what is your favorite food? Favorite dessert?

Why do you prefer jeans over sweats? <--trick question

How long have you been addicted to McDonalds? Is it true you have a crush on Ronald McDonald because his name rhymes?

Do you like puppies and dogs?

Do you like my dogs?

Which of my dogs is your favorite?

That should do it for now. ~_^

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

It's so hard for me to pick a favorite food because I love lots of food. I believe in equal opportunity eating for all foods. However, if I did have to pick one, it would have to be enchiladas.
Jeans can be worn anywhere to anything. Sweats, if you wear those somewhere other than the gym or Wal-Mart at 5 in the morning, people are gonna give you funny looks.
I'm glad you asked me how long I've been addicted because, as we all know, admitting that you have a problem is the first step on the road to recovery. Allow me to admit it now: I am a McDonald's addict, I live for the moment when that first hint of secret sauce assaults my tastebuds and awakens my body. I feel so much better now that my secret is out. Thank you, Valerie, for that push in the right direction. I shall forever be in your debt. Ahem. While it is true that I have a crush on Ronald, it is not because his name rhymes. It is because he is the most handsome clown I have ever laid eyes on and he makes me feel like a natural woman.
I like puppies and dogs equally. As I said before, equal opportunity for all foods.
Your dogs and I didn't get to spend much quality time together. But they seemed like lovely...hehe I almost said people there.
I thought that Fluffy seemed very well behaved.
