Basically, that was "I'm a little late, but... Nice to meet you!"

"Ja mata ne" is more or less "See you around" or "See you later"

Hope that helps!

So what are your favorite anime titles, Sarah-chan? Do you like the fantasy genre of anime as well as the fantasy genre of books? So where/what do your parents teach?

That's not allowed!...except in your case, I guess. But at least get it right.
Yes, my parents are college professors, but only my mom teaches math. Dad teaches physics.

Oh, yes, I'm a fantasy girl! I like developed storylines and unique, memorable characters. As for my favorite animes, well, I like Kenshin and CCS. (and I like Miyazaki's films.)

Card Captor Sakura is one of my favorite animes and IS my favorite manga! I love CLAMP's work. And I'm a huge fan of fantasy animes as well. Aside from CCS, the other four of my top five favorite animes include Slayers, The Vision of Escaflowne (series), Record of Lodoss War, and Fruits Basket. I really like .Hack//SIGN as well.

That's cool that your parents are college professors, though math and physics are not my areas of interest (I'm more into literature, psychology, and zoology/biology).

Sarah-chan you have such a cute avatar. I really like it. Sorry I'm so late in welcoming you. Hi!

I think I'm a great artist, but everyone laughs at whatever I draw :eyebrow: , so I stick to writing and music. :thumb:

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

That rant has been begging me since I wrote... sorry if I said (anime convention) in the wrong context. I was a little miffed about that remark as you can read. I would really enjoy going to one if those two requirements ever pan out. Sorry again everyone.

BAKA :hits_self BAKA :hits_self BAKA!!! :hits_self :hits_self

:red: Thou est making me blush, Sir Axe. :red:

I go to Ren fairs for fun, no other reason.
As for Ame, she talked to the penguins at the zoo when we went but refused to talk to the reptiles. "The glass makes it hard to understand them..."

I don't know what else she converses with.

I talk to cats too. Sarah-chan, you've heard me talking to you cats - I do it all the time.
I love to talk to squirrals, but the poor things are so poorly educate, tho, and they don't have a very big vocabulary.
I don't speak cow, but hummingbirds tell me that when cows moo it means "FOOOOOD"
