It's been such a long time since I've played the Soul Blazer Trilogy..... I do remember that the world was completely reformed at the end of Gaea. Somehow this lead into Terranigma. Again, I really can't remember.

If I have a healer, I want to heal at exactly the point I want, not whenever a formula decides is best. This is fairly obnoxious in Kingdom Hearts, but the game was still enjoyable.
Jimbo wrote:Yeah God forbid they try anything new, besides FFXI, it's only the the 12th one in the series.
kaemmerite wrote:I realize what your saying, Jimbo, but I think a "mash the circle button as fast as you can" type battle system would be better suited for a spinoff of Final Fantasy instead of a main title. Final Fantasy Tactics is a good example of this...the combat system was completely different from the other titles, and I think Square did good to make it a spinoff rather than a numbered Final Fantasy.
Or just leave that type of combat to the Star Ocean games.
kaemmerite wrote:In KH, it didn't really bother me because Goofy and Donald never really contributed anything significant to the fight. I learned early on not to give them any items, and Donald so rarely casts healing spells that I never relied on him. Considering your MP went up when you hit a bad guy, I was hardly ever lacked the MP to cast a cure spell.
Tom Dincht wrote:And I heard "Non linear" mentioned alot in this thread. What`s that?
Tom Dincht wrote:Um if you read the box for FFChronicles it reads: "Square-Enix."
That would mean FF10 came before Chronicles which would mean...
FFChronicles was their last release on the Ps1 so Square has no excuse for the long load time.
Tom Dincht wrote:Chrono Trigger and FF6 shoudl`ve beeen in the Anthology Package because they were similair graphicwise and timewise as well as FF4 and FF5. I personally don`t think CT should`ve been in a package with any FF because the package says FF on it and CT is not part of the FF series.
Tom Dincht wrote:Do you have pictures of the front cover for Trigger on the SNES. I`m just curious. I bet a good tagline would be "Become the Hero of Time."
