Is this cosidered anime?

I don't know if when you don't fill in the eyes, is that anime? anyway, I drew these late last night I only inked one on them, guess which? So I apologize for the bad quality on them. There is also an huge original size difference, the potrait was a full size piece of paper whereas the other wasn't. hope you like.

They're really cool but you can't really qualify it anime bassically until it is published and all that stuff. If you are talking about the style, in my opinion I think it is getting there, yet still not quite the anime style.
