No FF7: DoC takes place One year after Advent Children.

Oh, I see. Man, that sucks. Cloud is one of my fav. FF characters, second to only Squall. :waah!:

With no elipses of course. Make sure you spell it right though because I always put the i before the o when I'm typing really fast and it's really annoying.

I recieved recent news about Square. They plan on releasing Dragon Warrior VIII in the U.S. in November which means:

Either Kingdom Hearts 2 or FF12 WON`T hit America in 2005.

Yeah, i`m ticked too. Stupid Dragon Warriors.

It probably wouldn't effect the release date in Japan as DQVIII is already out there.

Generally speaking, however, they won't want to release their major console titles in the same market at exactly the same time. Competing with oneself only hurts sales.

On the console side of things, Square-Enix has Kingdom Hearts 2, Final Fantasy XII, Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song, Game Arts' Grandia III, and that Code Age Commanders game that we know nearly nothing about.
In addition, Dragon Quest VIII and Tri-Ace's Radiata Stories have been released in Japan but not stateside. We will likely get more solid release dates for some of these games at E3.

I highly doubt Cloud will die.. but still, whatever. BC takes place way before FF7 when cloud was actually an idiot *gasp* imagine that. If you'll remember the game, its not like cloud was always cool and strong. That's all I'll say about that. However, by the time of AC and DoC Cloud will have matured.

Um....wahy do you think Vincent is the main character? I thought Cloud was the leader of Avalanche?

plus, tons of kids never herd of Vincent besides he was a secret character. I thought Yuffie was the only one, but during my 8th time through the game I decided to do that Minigame in the Shinra Mansion and Wham! Vincent was in my party. I got him on Disk 3.

If you're referring to Dirge of Cerberus, it's been pretty much confirmed that Vincent is the main character. :sweat:

well he is, but I think they're just using him because he was so popular ^^; I got Vincent first time through, first disc, and I use him ALL THE TIME!! *glomps vincent*

still, where did you get any information that Cloud is dead. By info, I mean square stuff, not rumors and speculations and theories.

I read it in a gamer Magazine that said the American release is July 2005. I forgot what the title was, but I read it at my friend`s house. It also said FF12 was arriving in August with KH2 following in September. Oh and that FF7: Ac was coming out in May which is next month by the way.

And yes, I know its confirmed Vincent is the main character. i`m asking why would thay choose him if Cloud was alive.
