Allo! Let me introduce myself. ^_^

Postby Neko_Neko » Mon Oct 13, 2003 3:58 pm

My name is Neko. ^^ You might have seen me around here, but I've only been here since the 6th I think. Enjoying it thouroughly! Stuffs about me include:
I'm a christian, saved since I was 6 I believe. Denomination is baptist, if you care to know.
My full alias, althout nobody but me really knows this, is Neko Hashira. I'll trust you and tell you my real name too, which is Holly Minniear. (Say it Min-ear.)
I'm 15 and a half, born on January 17, 1988.
I have hair that reaches my belt in the back, and there's far too much of it!
I'm a hermit both online and at home.
I love to draw, and have done so since I could hold a crayon, I think. I love drawing anime because the eyes are huge, I don't have to hardly bother with noses, and the hair can be as flowy and big as you want.
My websites are posted in the link section, g'head and check 'em out. ^^ I do requests for people, (kitty and sphynx to be precise) and at the time I post this I have yet to find out wether or not I'll be able to get on Ghost of the Dawn's kitty staff. *hope hope*
Other interests include:
Reading, creating story ideas which I never finish, drawing comic/mangas, swimming, singing, reading and being myself.
Random facts about me are:
I snore in my sleep, hang out with my brother more than my friends, am homeschooled, can do splits with my fingers, go to Word of Life camp (the Island) and can identify with the head on the right in both of these pictures, the left character being my brother. :poke:
If you have any questions or need for another random fact or two, just ask!

Hajimemashite = "nice to meet you"

I'm not sure about yoroshiku-jya. O_o I think "yoroshiku" is like "it's a pleasure" or something like that.

Hi Holly, welcome to CAA!

Your avatar is very cute! I'm going to go check out your art in just a sec!

Where is the Word of Life Camp (and The Island)?

Hope you have fun here at CAA!

Maybe I missed this, but did you draw the avatar by your name? It's really cute.

Hope you enjoy this site. :)

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

Now I'm all confused. Doesn't the mashita make that an afirmative past-tense term? Someone smarter in Ni'hongo than I care to elaborate? (Perhaps 'It was a pleasure' or 'It was the 1st time' ?)

Anyway, welcome to the nuthouse!
