The Super Ultra Grand R_zion Question And Answer Thread version 1.00045!

Postby R. Zion » Sat Jan 29, 2005 11:31 am

Now with Lemony fresh scent!

Following in the tradition of some before me, instead of just typing stuff for everyone to read from that outset that might not be of interest, I'll let you, the John (or Jane) Q. Public ask me what you would like to know.

For Example- Q: Why are you doing this?

A: Good Question! I have nothing better to do right now and/or it might prove to be interesting. Ya, never know...

Anyway, without further ado.... let the questions begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :jump:

Hi! What's your favorite episode of the original Big O? Why do you randomly pop up in that "Trigun-angle of Love: Fangirl Madness" thread? Why do you have Amon's brother as you av (can't remember his name)? What's the broken image in your sig supposed to show? Do you think I'm a good person? What does the "R" in "R. Dorothy Wayneright" stand for?
Think happy thoughts.

*Griff busts door the door dressed in a black suit. An assistant dressed the same walks in with her*

Alright you :shady: *slams R.Zion down in a chair and shines a ultra-violet, gamma ray light on him* Let's not make this harder than it needs to be :shady:

Q: Where were you on Jan. 16 1978 at 10:05 am? :shady:

*Griff's assistant leans in and whispers something to her*

Oh, uh...well *ahem* Ok then...

Q: What was the first anime that you have ever seen? :shady: And I want straight answers punk! :shady:

*'s eyes pop out and head explodes having previously thought this thread had gone unreplied to*

Yikes! I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo sorry!

-What's your favorite episode of the original Big O?: I'd say A Memory of Amadeus, with Winternight Phantom, the Other Big, and the Chimera episode coming in after that.

-Why do you randomly pop up in that "Trigun-angle of Love: Fangirl Madness" thread?: There by the grace of Griff in creating that thread do I appear. That and I requested a cameo even though I'm completely unrelated.

-Why do you have Amon's brother as you av (can't remember his name)?: Ever since I say the show, I always thought Nagira was cool. That and he has the same VA as Sanosuke, so ya can't go wrong. ^_^

-What's the broken image in your sig supposed to show?: It's a picture of Nagira in his fluffy white fur coat with a cigarette and sitting against a brick wall. At the top it say "Nagira" and at the bottom it say "Only Real Men Can Wear Fur".

-Do you think I'm a good person?:Well, none of us are 'good', but you are quite a nice person, Mrs. Wolfwood. :D

-What does the "R" in "R. Dorothy Wayneright" stand for?:The R. stand for Robot. I believe adding that R. is a very old Sci-Fi tradition, possibly starting off with ol' Isaac Asimov, the man who created the three rules for robots.

*flinches from Griff's light, trying not to mutate into a Hulk-like beast from the gamma rays*

-Where were you on Jan. 16 1978 at 10:05 am?: The same place you were probably, in generic terms. Our halves were in two places at that time.

-What was the first anime that you have ever seen?: Good question....I'd have to say, that I remember, DBZ.... and I thought the art was wierd and ugly at the time. Or, at least, Bulma was. Guldo was fighting Gohan and Krillin on Namek and Bulma was hiding and trying to get a radio to work or something. Don't know if I ever saw speed racer back in the day.

-What was the scent on your thread before the fresh lemon?: Stale HTML code and motor oil

Ok, bring on more questions! I hopefully won't miss them this time!

<<What's your favorite episode of the original Big O?: I'd say A Memory of Amadeus, with Winternight Phantom, the Other Big, and the Chimera episode coming in after that.>>
Ah, yes. First episode I ever saw, A Memory of Amadeus. Right before they took The Big O and Witch Hunter Robin off, when they were on Saturdays.

<<Why do you have Amon's brother as you av (can't remember his name)?: Ever since I say the show, I always thought Nagira was cool. That and he has the same VA as Sanosuke, so ya can't go wrong. ^_^>>
I knew I recognized that voice. ^^

<<Do you think I'm a good person?:Well, none of us are 'good', but you are quite a nice person, Mrs. Wolfwood. :D>>
Good answer. ^^

<<What's the broken image in your sig supposed to show?: It's a picture of Nagira in his fluffy white fur coat with a cigarette and sitting against a brick wall. At the top it say "Nagira" and at the bottom it say "Only Real Men Can Wear Fur".>>
Hmm, I wonder why the link's broken...

<<What does the "R" in "R. Dorothy Wayneright" stand for?:The R. stand for Robot. I believe adding that R. is a very old Sci-Fi tradition, possibly starting off with ol' Isaac Asimov, the man who created the three rules for robots.>>
Thanks, I've been wondering about that for a long time. ^^

<<I thought the art was weird and ugly at the time. Or, at least, Bulma was.>>
Buruma is indeed quite ugly. I was once rather a big fan, and retain the hardcore-fan habit of using the original names. I also call FUNimation FUNi and hold Chris Sabat in extreme contempt. Can you believe he was Jigen in a FUNi dub of a Lupin III movie?! Jigen is too cool for him. That role is way out of his league.
Think happy thoughts.
