I've played it before, and had wanted to RP, but finding RP was actually difficult. I think Kettermorr was supposed to be the RP server, but I didn't get to spend too much time around there.

What would be interesting is to get all of the Imp and Rebs together into a grand alliance to actually play AS the Empire or the Rebellion without having a bunch of individual cells about (Not that that would be bad for the Rebs since that's kinda how they would opperate). And, besides all that, it would be cool to have PAs for Corsec and the Royal Security Force, ect.

really? i thought the roleplay stuff was quite good, i thought at first it'd just be tonnes of people that all wanted to be jedi, but theres lots of people like medics, artisans, dancers etc., i've found the rp good, espec on the one of the servers.

What server is that? I'll most likely plan a comeback once I get a new job and some money to actually PAY for a game card and the expansion.

Hmmm....perhaps I should keep my eyes open for a new server to crop up to try and put my ideas into effect.

I played SWG for over a year but I cancelled last summer. I have tons of good gaming memories from that game...but it just wasn't fun anymore. The whole Jedi crap, the unbalanced PVP, reliance on armor, empty Dev promises, and the unfocused design were just too much. The only reason I played as long as I did was because of the people I was playing with, that made the game for me.
