1. Vash!!!!!!!!!! :jump:
2. Kenshin
3. Heero

1.) Tamahome/Taka from Fusigi Yuugi
- Why? Because he has an adorible personality, dazzling looks, and is devoted to the things people should be fighting for: his family, his loved one(s), and his beliefs.

2.) Sanosuke Rurouni Kenshin
- Why? Tall, dark hair, and handsome with a nice bod. :thumb: You must admire a man who is attempting to put his past behind him. He is also wise (in some areas) at a young age - very admireable.

3.) Kusanagi from Blue Seed
- Why? See previous comment of "nice bod" and apply it here. His eyes are rather exotic looking and cause one to look at him. He has a naughty sense of humor but is genuine at heart and lives to protect.

But what if the guys-BAD BAD ME!!!! :hits_self

bishounen faves, LOL, I have a lot, but since we're limited to three, here goes.

1.) Wolfwood. A very complex character. . .and an incredibly good-looking one. :jump: :red:

2.) Legato. Same thing :jump: :red:

3.) Although I haven't watched Gundam Wing yet (planning on buying the Endless Waltz DVD in a few weeks) and from what I've seen in fanfics I don't think I'd like the character per se, but on a looks only basis, Duo. -^.^-

That's my list -^.^-

Well, I've always had a schoolboy-type crush on Kasumi from Ranma 1/2. She's not exactly the type of girl I have in mind as someone I'd date in Real Life(tm), but her style is charming ... :red:

Whoa now this is a very interesting thread....

Let's see
1.) Aoshi Shinomori (Kenshin series) - I have a shrine to him so therefore I have to put him first. The guy can kick butt as a fighter, he is a genius, and he is hot, what's not to love. :thumb:

All the rest are sort of tied after him. And as I get older I don't like some of the same ones anymore *cough* Seto Kaiba *cough* Even though he is young I still like Kyo from Fruits Basket. And Kouga from Inuyasha is another one of my favorites, but I like him more because he is so dumb it is hilarious, and he always makes Inuyasha act all protective of Kagome.

BTW, would you mind not doing "I agree with you" posts? They do nothing to help the topic and are very annoying.

Since you girls are mentioning male video game characters, I'll mention a few female video game charaters that I like.

I like Tifa from FFVII, Alis from Phantasy Star, Shir from Phantasy Star II, Celes from FFVI, Cammy from Super Street Fighter II, Samus from Metroid, Yoko Belnades from Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Nell from Advance Wars, and Chun Li from Street Fighter II.

I don't know what is wrong with liking female characters as long as you don't lust over them. Some are very well made and very cool. Also if the girls can talk about their favorite guy characters, I should be able to talk about my favorite female characters.

Sure! You're right, Brian. I tend to like male characters based on coolness rather than personal appearance (unless they have ubercool clothing) and although I can appreciate the looks of a well-drawn guy, I don't really get carried away with it.

But as far as the original topic...uh...I don't know...I never really thought about it...O.o

Since some of the guys have already voiced their opinions here I'll do the same. I'd say Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo, and Misato from Eva are definately the best in my book.

Can't think of any video game charcters who'd fit the bill though.
The scientific method," Thomas Henry Huxley once wrote, "is nothing but the normal working of the human mind." That is to say, when the mind is working; that is to say further, when it is engaged in corrrecting its mistakes. Taking this point of view, we may conclude that science is not physics, biology, or chemistry—is not even a "subject"—but a moral imperative drawn from a larger narrative whose purpose is to give perspective, balance, and humility to learning.

You know this is something that has always confused me. Why is it that girls can be like "oh that anime character is like soooo hot!" And everyone just rolls their eyes. But if I guy says "that anime girl is hot" eveyone freaks out. Do people have some sort of double standard? :eyebrow: I'm not complaining it is just something interesting I have noticed.

I see that Tuxedo Mask has yet to be mentioned, unless I overlooked it...

Uhhhh...

Shinji Ikari, from Evangelion. Kind of um...annoying at first, but he kyoot :P

Trowa Barton, from Gundam Wing. All mysterious and green-eyed and pointy-haired and stuff. ^^;

Who...else...there's gotta be at least one more.

Tuxedo Mask/Mamoru was alright. He was um....well, not as complex as I like 'em. Oh, and while I'm thinking about it, in the Sailor Moon Super S movie (ewww...) there was this cuuuuute little fairy boy named uh...Peruru or something. ::pats his widdle head::

Oh! Spike from Cowboy Bebop :D He's like, all smooth and stuff. >_> <_<
