I was in the manga section of a Walden Books when I stumbled along Baby Birth. Never heard of it before, but I glanced through a few pages and it seemed interesting.

Can anyone recommend this as a purchase (to those that read it?)

I read it and thought it was pretty good. The plot is kind of confusing and depressing. I don't remember there being a lot of fanservice, but I do remember that it gets REALLY violent and gory later on.
