yeah, that whole "no spyware" thing bothers me... lol somehow viewpoint was installed on my computer, i think... and tis being weird

Seems to me that if it installs itself on your computer, it can be counted as spyware, or spam at the very least 0_o

yeah it is, i found it on my anti-spyware armada ive seen ViewPoint NUMEROUS times so i would be warry if you have it.
