Oh...@.@;; I don't see you as creepy...maybe unique but not creepy..I guess everyone has a different definition of "creepy" because I think creepy describes those guys at school that trudge around staring at people because a lot of them start stalking my friends...>.< But it's good to hear from you again, Omega AMEN!!!!!!!!! ^____________^

I believe "confie" is merely a slightly different and misspelled version of "comfy" which is a slang word meaning comfortable.

This post contains information regarding Omega Amen, but actually for the sake of Omega Amen; less so for the general information of others.

http://www.christiananime.net/showthread.php?t=11675&page=100&pp=10

This is the intentionally ironic thread. It has reached 999 posts, and awaits only Omega Amen's final post to complete the irony. I have posted it here in the hope that when Omega Amen does return online, he will check this thread first and be forced to waste very little time ending the thread.

On this topic, for information purposes regarding Omega Amen and those involved with the thread, I will state that I have pruned this thread to 1000 posts and also locked it. I realize that you stated that you would not mind the thread going further than 1000 posts, but due to bandwidth issues the administration has determined it will not permit any further such threads. Because your thread was created prior to this decision (and the ironic intent) it has been permitted to reach its goal. I believe you will understand, but I did wish to be clear regarding it.

For Thanksgiving? Well, I do not think "last time" took forever. Thanksgiving will only a last a few days. So, no, I will not be gone forever during Thanksgiving.

Wow, that is over four years ago.... Hmmm.... I might be slightly incorrect with these titles, but this is what I can remember at this moment.

Humoresque in G Major by Rachmaninoff
Toccata and Fugue in D minor by J.S. Bach (the Busoni piano transcription)
Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven
Arabesque No. 1 by Debussy
There are some Chopin works I cannot remember at the moment.

I guess the point of my previous comments on this subject was not clear.

Being creepy is probably bad in most cases, in my opinion, even though some might think otherwise. However, your original question addressed whether I became sad if people thought that I was creepy. I never became sad about that because I cannot control their judgement. Furthermore, whether they are correct or not, there is no point in being sad about it. If they are correct that I am creepy sometimes, then I should try to change my behavior to not be creepy instead of feeling sad about it. If they are incorrect, there is nothing to be sad about in the first place since they would be incorrect and I cannot control their judgement.
Little T-chan wrote:But this thread is so dear to me!!! ^^]Oh! I see. Well, I am confident this thread will not die.

"Good old days?" That was only a few months ago. Well, I am in graduate school, and it is rather time-consuming.
Sam*ron wrote:What was the most embarrassing thing you remember happening to you?
Sometimes, when I am asked to spell my real surname, I might forget. Also, when I am asked for my age, I might forget that too.... This rarely happens though.... And, now that I think about it, it is not that embarrassing.

My parents (especially my father) love to tease me with some of my past embarrassing moments. I guess I just do not remember them because I do not want to constantly blush all the time, and I would like to focus on the task at hand.
Sam*ron wrote:Oh, and what are your favorite kind of socks!?
I like socks that are comfortable, cover my ankles, keep my feet warm, and are either in white or black.... I prefer socks that look plain.

Yes, when its price drops to around $20, I plan on purchasing it.

I was a beginner in Shaolin Kung Fu and Praying Mantis Kung Fu. Both styles were taught with the inclusion of the Seeking Leg Style for some kicking moves and forms. Right now, I have practically forgot all my training ever since my injury a few years ago.

I believe what we have here is a disparity of definitions of the word "friend." Now I will attempt to clarify.

Omega Amen meant "friend" in a very serious sense, as evidenced by the effort he spent to find information about c.t.,girl and the fact that he referenced the inherent limitations to online relationships. That is, to have a friend is a serious investment.

c.t.,girl, on the other hand, meant friend in a less traditional sense. On the internet the term is applied loosely and broadly, to basically anyone you have a non-negative relationship with. It implies little more than the occasional greeting or, more likely, electronic glomp.

Hence, Omega Amen's initial response seemed out of place in c.t.,girl's definition, so she was confused by it. Omega Amen, under his definition, presumed that she did not understand what he had specifically said and wanted clarification, hence his statement that she could ask questions.

The previous was merely a best effort from an impartial observer.

Hahaha that was funny!! But you really have been gone for a really long time, you know. But I understand the sad truth, Omega AMEN!! No matter how much you long to be here with us, you are a busy man and you must tend to your duties!!!! T.T

HAHAHA Oh my goodness gracious! That is cute!! XD Actually, I do that too...=_=]My parents (especially my father) love to tease me with some of my past embarrassing moments. I guess I just do not remember them because I do not want to constantly blush all the time, and I would like to focus on the task at hand.
You BLUSH??? =D I don't blush. My face gets red after I've run a mile..but I don't blush when something embarrassing happens to me. That is funny~

Omega Amen meant "friend" in a very serious sense, as evidenced by the effort he spent to find information about c.t.,girl and the fact that he referenced the inherent limitations to online relationships. That is, to have a friend is a serious investment.

"The advice I like to give young artists, or really anybody who’ll listen to me, is not to wait around for inspiration. Inspiration is for amateurs; the rest of us just show up and get to work. If you wait around for the clouds to part and a bolt of lightning to strike you in the brain, you are not going to make an awful lot of work. All the best ideas come out of the process; they come out of the work itself. Things occur to you. If you’re sitting around trying to dream up a great art idea, you can sit there a long time before anything happens. But if you just get to work, something will occur to you and something else will occur to you and something else that you reject will push you in another direction. Inspiration is absolutely unnecessary and somehow deceptive. You feel like you need this great idea before you can get down to work, and I find that’s almost never the case." - Chuck Close
