Is the voice of the main character in .hack//SIGN the same person who did Toboe in Wolf's Rain? I saw the former for the first time today, and the voice sounded a lot alike to me.

I looked it up on Anime News Network - no, Tsukasa and Toboe's voice actors are not the same, however KITE and Toboe share a voice actor. (Kite being the main character in the .hack video games)

Is this for the sub or dub voices?

If it is dub, Mona Marshall did the voice of Toboe and Kite in the ./hack games.
